This DayQuest is an invitation to return to nature, slow down, leave routine behind, and reconnect with your true self. We will venture into the Santa Cruz mountains to find the season of autumn as the warmth and playful energy of summer fades. Join us for a day of journeying into the beauty of fall to seek refuge, reflection, bring deep questions, and return to balance.
On this day you will:
• Learn ways to deepen your relationship with nature, and see how nature’s rhythms and reflections can bring wisdom and perspective to your own living experience
• Hike, join in mindfulness activities, and have the opportunity to share and connect with others in council practice
• Go out on the land alone to experience a ceremonial way of being in nature
• A DayQuest is a wonderful way to mark a point of change in your life or to seek insight or support with specific questions or difficulties.
