These lodging options at Cedars Springs Lodge are available on a first-come, first-served basis at an additional fee. All rooms are available 10/4- 10/11/25. The in-person Immersion instruction runs from Sunday, 10/5/25 at 9am and completes on Saturday 10/11/25 by 5pm. Lodging/camping is available beginning the night before class starts (Sat., 10/4) through the afternoon that class completes (Sat., 10/11).

**A NOTE TO OUT OF TOWN STUDENTS- PLAN TO ARRIVE 10/4 and/or DEPART ON 10/11 or 10/12 ** (If we have students wanting or needing to stay over the night of 10/11, we may be able to arrange that.)

We strongly suggest that you Contact Us BEFORE making travel plans AND that you plan to arrive in the Skagit Valley area in the morning of the day before instruction begins and depart in the afternoon on the day after class ends.

Fees listed below are for 7 nights, 8 days, beginning the night before class starts (Sat., 10/4) and ending the day of the last day of class (Sat., 10/11).     • Back room- Private Bed (2 twins) & Shared Full + Pvt half Bath ($645 single, $895 double occ.)

    • Lavender Room, Private Bed(1 Queen, 1 twin) & Shared Bath ($695 single, 945 double occ.)

  • Numerous spots available in the meadows with full use of the lodge’s shared bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, living room and covered deck. (Indoor refuge available if weather gets too stormy)
